TRAFFIC SUSPENDED IN LARGE AREA. NO CASUALTIES REPORTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.25 p.m.) LONDON, May 12. A Vichy message states that the French and German police completely cut off large areas in the vicinity of the Gare de L’est after bombs had been thrown at hotels and restaurants requisitioned by the German Army. All traffic, including underground, was suspended. There were no casualties.
