Captain Charles Rosendahl, in charge of blimps (non-rigid airships) told the House of Representatives Naval Committee that there is a great deal of submarine activity off Florida and some off the Gulf of Mexico. Captain Rosendahl said that blimps were doing very excellent work in combating submarines.
