The United Press says Dr Ramon Castroviejo, a noted New York eye specialist, arrived to see President Roberto Ortiz today. Failing sight has caused President Ortiz to remain is temporary retirement since June, 1940, leaving Senor Castillo as acting Piesid.ent. Many believe that if Di Ortiz’s sight is restored he might resume active control of Argentina s foieign policy, which consequently might be radically changed. Argentina and Chile are the only two American republics maintaining diplomatic relations with the Axis.
