CHARGE ON INCOME OTHER THAN SALARY OR WAGES: MAY INSTALMENT. Taxpayers are reminded that the first quarterly instalment of the combined charge on income derived during the year ended March 31, 1942, which fell due on May 1, must be paid during the present month, and at the rate of 2/6 in the £, instead of 2/- as hitherto.
