Chappell, Auckland; James Harbridge, Richmond; R. D. Harkness, Palmerston North; John Hooper Ridgway and D. S. McKenzie, Papakura; J. W. McKenzie, Auckland; W. V. Melbourne, Christchurch; H. I. Spiers/ Masterton; and T. Sugrue, Qi’eytoyzn.
