“CRAZY SHOW”
A. WILLIAMSON PRODUCTION. Speed, variety, comedy, dancing and snappy sketches is the end sought by the Great Levante in the London Palladium production “Crazy Show,” which is to be staged by arrangement with J. C. Williamson, Ltd., at the Opera House on Friday night next. No money has been spared to make “Crazy Show” the best and most entertaining production yet staged in New Zealand by the J. C. Williamson management, and by all reports this result has been attained. In addition to the 50 overseas artists in the company the engagement of George Tollerton and his feature act, “Chuckles with Jerry,” is bound to prove a big attraction for playgoers as Mr Tollerton and his pal, Jerry, are popularly known in almost every town. The success of “Crazy Show” is due to a large extent to the splendid team work of the six brilliant comedians. Another big feature of the presentation is the dancing. The box plans will be opened at Messrs Steele and Bull’s shop on Wednesday morning.
