MASTERTON BRANCH.

ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS.

At the annual meeting of the Mas-, terron branch of the National Party-;' last night, Mr J. W. Hayd,en presided ever 81 members.

The meeting passed a resolution deploring the necessity for an election at the present time, and expressed its, confidence in Mr Holland and the leaders of the party. A committee of 26 was elected. Mr G. H. Mackley, who was received with applause, gave a short address.

The usual votes of thanks to the chairman and speakers were carried.
