LOCAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. WEDNESDAY EVENING’S GAMES. The indoor basketball championship games —controlled by the Wairarapa Interhouse Association’s committeewill be advanced a further series on Wednesday evening, when the fourth games of the first round will be played. The following are the times of the various games: — 7 p.m., State C v Vesta Batteries; 7.20, Cathies A v McKenzies; 7.35, W.F.C.A. B v Rangers B; 7.50. State A V Post and Telegraph; 8.10, sth A.S.C. v Solway; 8.30, Lancers v Banks; 8.45, Rangers A v State; 9.0, W.F.C.A. v Codys; 9.15, McDuffs v United; 9.30. Garages v C. Smiths; 9.45, Interhouse I v Ruahine. Woolworths, Sparklets and Cathies B teams have byes this week.
