ANZAC DAY ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETED. (“Times-Age” Special.) The usual Anzac Day service will be held at Greytown as advertised. The service will commence at 10.30 a.m. this year. The parade is to start from the Fire Station at 10.15. Golf. The local links are being prepared for play and should be open within the next fortnight. Personal. At the meeting of the Greytown branch of the Women's Division of the Farmers’ Union this week, news was received of Mrs Tilyard, a former member of the local branch. Mrs Tilyard is now living in Waikanae, where she has formed a branch of the Division, of which she has been elected president. First Aid Lecture. Dr. Adams gave the First Aid lecture to the Red Cross class on Wednesday evening in the Red Cross rooms. Soldiers’ Dance. ' The soldiers’ dance will take place in the Odd Fellows’ Hall instead of the Town Hall, owing to the Picture Company using the Town Hall tonight. TOWN HALL “THE THIEF OF BAGDAD.” Tonight there will be shown the wonder picture of all time, in magic technicolour, “The Thief of Bagdad,” in which Sabu, Conrad Veidt and June Deprez have the chief roles. Two years in the making—a fortune to produce — showing a multi-coloured cascade of wonders upon the screen.
