SALE OF RABBITSKINS

STRONG DEMAND AT DUNEDIN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, April 21. At today’s rabbitskin sale a total of approximately 28 tons was submitted. Demand was again strong, exporters taking the offering. As compared with rates ruling on April 10, summer grades were slightly easier, while autumn skins were fully firm. A few parcels of incoming winters were offered, prices ranging from 109 d to 120 d pr lb. First incomings sold to 120 d, second incomings to 109 d, first late autumns to 117 d, first early autumns to 106 d, dawny autumns to 97d, racks to 97d, autumn does to 81d. The official range of prices follows:— Small, 65d to OO'/ad; runners, 84d to 87d; light racks, 96d to 97d; prime racks, 93’Z»d 1 to 96d; summers, 60d to 64d; dawny autumns, 94d to 97d; first early autumns, 103 d to 106 d; first late autumns, 116 d to 117 d; late autumns, IOOd to 108 d; first incomings, to 120 d; second incomings to 109 d; autumn does, 77d to 81s; milky, 60d to 62d; summer' broken, 60d to 62d; autumn broken, 70d to 72!/ 2 d; summer fawns, to 30d; autumn fawns, to 40d; summer blacks, 36d to 38%d; autumn blacks, 40d to 46%d; hareskins, 20d; summer b’s and f’s, 60d to 62d; racks, b’s and f’s, 83d to 87d; ferrets, to 3d each; stoats, to 2d each.
