MASTERTON CLUB. ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Masterton Football Club, presided over by Mr E. Selby, there was a good attendance of members and supporters. Those present stood in silence for a few moments in respect of members who arc now missing on active ser- \ ice. The annual report mid balance sheet was read and adopted. The following officers’ were elected; for the ensuing year: —Patron, Mr A., McDonald; president, Mr G. W. Sellar; vice-presidents, Messrs W. G. Lamb, F. Yule. F. Groube, M. Mansen, J. M. James, R. Read, G. W. Whiteman, F. Lusty, J. W. Buchanan, Grabvac, W. H. Long, G. Cormick, L. Wilton, R. Ward, G. H. Perry, E. Selby W. Fly, W. Percy, D. Pauling, M. Fly, C. Larsen, Geo. Vincent, J. W. Thornton Senr., T. Peet, M. Nola, H. Fellingham, F. B. Pickering, B. Pickering, W. Whiteman, J, Kennedy, J. L. Taylor, lan Harvey, and L. T. Daniell; auditor, Mr W. V. Madden; club captain, Mr A. McNee; secretary and treasurer, Mr J. Dwyer; delegates to the Rugby Union, Messrs M. Fly, J. Dwyer and H. Ewington; management committee, Messrs M. Fly, H. Fellingham. E. Selby. H. Ewington, R. Munro, A. Dewar, A. Batty, and R. Broughton, the secretary, coaches and club captain. Eleven new members were elected. It was decided to enter teams in all championship grades. A vote of thanks was passed to Mr W. V. Madden for his services as auditor and for the use of his office during the past season.
