CROQUET

LANSDOWNE CLUB. SEASON CLOSED. The Lansdowne Croquet Club brought its 1941-42 season to a close on Thursday when members of the Park Club were entertained at games, and afternoon tea. The competitions resulted as follow: Angles. Mesdames Finlayson and Weller; roquet, Mrs Shearer; golf, Mesdames Bassett and Dunderdale; hurry skurry, Mesdames Bassett and Finlayson.

Mrs Polson, on behalf of the Park Club, thanked Mrs Dagg and the Lansdowne members for their hospitality, stating that the visitors had thoroughly enjoyed the gathering.
