GREYTOWN
RETURNED SERVICES ANNUAL ASSOCIATION MEETING. ("Times-Age” Special.) At the annual meeting of the Greytown branch of the New Zealand Returned Services’ Association, Mi’ J. W. Herod presided and there were 35 members present. The annual report stated that the financial membership totalled 66, the highest ever reached. The sum of £33 8s 6d had been disbursed to soldiers and £7 8s 6d for hospital comforts. Clements and M. Gray. In thanking the members for her election, Miss Higginson said she took it as a compliment to the Nursing Ser-, vice.
Messrs A. Nisbet, and S. Shedden were asked to hand to their respective wives a crystal vase as a token of thanks from the association for having given the use of their homes for the committee meetings.
