Weather cold and showery with some snow on the ranges. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Changeable and showery. LOCAL REPORT. Mr N. W. Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today: — Barograph, 29.85; shade temperature, maximum, 68.8; minimum, 50.6; terrestrial, 45.2; sunshine, 8 hours; rain, 1 point. PHASES OF THE MOON. New moon, April 16. First quarter, April 24. Draw blinds at 6.30 p.m. today; raise them at 6.24 a.m. tomorrow.
