ANZAC DAY

OBSERVANCE IN MASTERTON AS USUAL. R.S.A. COMMITTEE'S DECISION. Anzac Day is to be observed as usual in Masterton this year. This decision was reached by the Wairarapa R.S.A. committee at a meeting held last night. The service will start at 10.50 a.m. at the Soldiers’ Memorial in the Park on Saturday, April 25. Returned soldiers, following the usual custom, will march from the Soldiers’ Hostel to the Park and after the service will be the guests of the war time Lady Liverpool Committee at morning tea at the Soldiers’ Hostel.
