In the Central Mediterranean our torpedo-carrying aircraft attacked an enemy convoy on Tuesday. The convoy was escorted by destroyers and a mixed' force of bombers and fighters. Explosions were seen among the merchant ships. Two Messerschmitts were shot down into the sea.
