OVERHAULED IN, CITY OF LON DO SHELTERS MUCH IMPROVED. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 13. The City of London authorities have used the raiding lull to make a comprehensive improvement in A.R.P. services. Particular attention has been given to shelters, which are more numerous and all' equipped with steel bunks. First aid facilities have been vastly improved. Doctors are undertaking regular night duty, including inspections of shelters at present being used, in order to ensure that the health of those using them shall not be impaired. Pulpits, screens, fonts, altar tables, bells and even organs have been removed from many city churches against the possibility of renewed raiding. _____
