COMBINED FORCE
COMMAND FOR LORD LOUIS MOUNTBATTEN. LONDON, April 13. Lord Louis Mountbatten, who is a second cousin of the King, has been appointed to command the British Combined Operations forces, in succession to Admiral Sir Roger Keyes.
