“JUNGLE CAVALCADE.” “Jungle Cavalcade,” which will be shown tonight, is a fascinating film. The knowledge that it is a “true” film and that the film hunters are courting danger adds spice to a remarkable series of wild animals at war and at play. The “heavy” scenes are played by tigers, leopards, rhinoceros, elephants, panthers and the omnipresent python, and their grimness is lightened but not annulled by the amusing antics of the monkeys and a honey bear cub. The film includes a succession of captures by Frank Buck end his intrepid colleagues, all described by Mr Buck, and they range from the largest and grimmest killers of the jungle to the smallest and most impudent of monkeys. It is a highly illuminating, first-rate entertainment.
