GERMAN PRISONERS

ARRIVAL IN CANADA FOR INTERNMENT. SEAMEN OF POOR STATURE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) OTTAWA, April 9. Several hundred German prisoners of war, including airmen, sailors and soldiers, have arrived for internment in Canada. It was noticeable that the sailors were extremely young and of very small stature. They are nearly six inches shorter than the average Canadian soldier.
