OVER CALAIS-BOULOGNE AREA.

FEW ENEMY AIRCRAFT

(British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.5 a.m.) RUGBY, April 8

R.A.F. fighter squadrons carried out a sweep over the Calais-Boulogne area early this morning. Few enemy fighters were seen. One of our fighters is missing. It is officially stated that bombs were dropped by enemy aircraft at a point on the south coast of England early this afternoon, causing a small number of casualties.
