BULGARIA’S AIM

ACCORDING TO MINISTER OF WAR. RETENTION OF CEDED TERRITORIES. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, April 6. According to a Swiss report the Bulgarian Minister of War, General T. Daskaloff, in a statement today affirmed that the Bulgarian people had only one thought—to keep the territories ceded to Bulgaria. If the people were called on to take up arms, he said, it would be only for the future of the country and its children. Bulgaria knew that if it were possible to get out of the present conflict without human sacrifice the King would do so, but know also that it should be ready to crush whoever interfered to prevent the realisation of its destiny.
