Boddington reports that 24 points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. yesterday, and 16 points during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today. PHASES OF THE MOON. Last quarter, April 8. New moon, April 16. First quarter, April 24. Draw blinds at 6.45 p.m. today; raise ; them at 6.12 a.m. tomorrow.
