AMERICAN COMMAND
OVER DUTCH WEST INDIAN FORCES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WILLEMSTADT (Curacao), April 4. It is officially announced that all the Netherland forces of the Dutch Caribbean Islands have been placed under the command of Rear-Admiral Oldenorf, United States Navy, with a view to exercising full military control by air, land and sea and under the sea.
