STATE THEATRE
“CHARLEY’S AUNT."
“Charley’s Big Hearted Aunt,” will be finally shown tonight. “GREAT GUNS” TONIGHT. “Great Guns,” starring Laurel and Hardy, which will be shown at a special session tonight commencing at 10.30 o’clock, has a topical background in the expansion of the American Army, and as is to be expected, it provides Laurel and Hardy with ample scope for their inimitable antics. Laurel and Hardy have graced the screen for many years, but their lustre is undimmed and this latest film shows them in as good comedy fettle as evei. There will be no pictures on Good Friday, but matinees at 10.30 a.m. and 2 15 p.m. on Saturday and on Monday afternoon at all of which “Great Guns will be shown.
