Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today: —Barograph, 30.30. Shade temperature: Maximum 78.8, minimum 60.9, terrestrial 56. Sunshine 5 hours 18 min. Rain, 3 points. Mr H. M. Boddington reports that 4 points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today. PHASES OF THE MOON. Full moon, April 2. Last quarter, April 8. New moon, April 16.
