“THE GREAT MAN’S LADY.” “The Great Man’s Lady,” will be shown tonight. Barbara Stanwyck has the leading part, which is said to be her greatest emotional role since she was cast in “Stella Dallas. The supporting players are Joel McCrea and Brian Donlevy, two actors who have won the approval of audiences in many films. “The Great Man’s Lady” postulates that behind every great man is a woman who has guided him in his triumphs and comforted him in his failures. It is a picture which should be seen by those who appreciate the best in screen presentations. There will be a special presentation on Thursday night at 10.30 o’clock when the outstanding picture “Skylark” will be shown. There will be no pictures on Friday but there will be matinees on Saturday and Monday afternoons. “Skylark” will be shown on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday nights.
