MISSING NEW ZEALAND PLANE ONE AIRCRAFTMAN DEAD. OTHER SAFE & UNINJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.! WELLINGTON, This Day. The aircraftmen of the R.N.Z.A.F. reported missing on March 22 have been .found. Their plane has been discovered in a wrecked condition. One of the airman, Leading Aircraftman Jack Clarence Voss, is safe and uninjured, but the other, Leading Aircraftman Brian Cecil Heaps, was killed. The aircraft crashed in mountainous country and a ground party experienced great difficulty in reaching the scene of the crash. The next of kin of Leading Aircraftman Heaps is his father, Mr A. M. Heaps, of Christchurch.
