PLANS FOR EXCHANGE
BRITISH AND JAPANESE DIPLOMATS. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, March 25. Negotiations for the exchange of British and Japanese diplomatic and consular officials were proceeding, but were not yet completed, said the Foreign Secretary, Mr Eden, in reply to a House of Commons question. It was hoped that the exchange would 1 take place at Lourenco Marques.
