TALKS WITH SIR STAFFORD CRIPPS MR JINNAH COMES OUT SMILING. CONGRESS PRESIDENT GRAVE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) NEW DELHI, March 25. Mr, Azad (President of the National Congress) looked very grave after his interview with Sir Stafford Cripps this morning. He later called a meeting of the Congress Working Committee at New Delhi on April 1. Mr Jinnah (President of the Moslem League), who succeeded Mr Azad, came out smiling after his talk with Sir Stafford Cripps. He stated that proposals would be placed before the Working Committee of the Moslem League on March 27.
