HOUR FOR ACTION

There exists in Britain a tension of expectancy that “something will be attempted” this spring or summer, and a feeling that the period of purely defensive action has passed. Powerful offensive blows are predicted by Admiral Sir Roger Keyes, whoi said today:—“l think we are coming to the time when the Navy, Army and Air Force will combine in appropriate offensive operations. I am confident that these operations will shake the world, that they will shake the enemy and will put us right back to the zenith of our prestige and power.”
