1942 ’PATRIOTIC APPEAL. MASTERTON & DISTRICT QUOTA, £lO,OOO. HPHE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE have A decided to concentrate all efforts in Masterton on a direct appeal for voluntary subscriptions, believing that, every citizen realises the urgent necessity for prompt and generous action. Owing to the limited number of men available for canvassing, and the desire to avoid unnecessary work, it is not proposed to call personally on all residents of Masterton; indeed, the Executive feel that this will not be necessary. The call comes NOW to every individual citizen, young and not so young.
