All lighting wardens'in Masterton are meeting this week to receive instructions with regard to their duties in the coming trial blackout, which is to be held on Sunday night next, March 22. At the sound of the alert, all vehicles whose lights are not in accordance with the blackout regulations must park without lights at the side of the road, wherever they happen to be, and stay there until the all clear is sounded.
