NOW IN AUSTRALIA
AMERICAN AIR & GROUND FORCES IN CONSIDERABLE NUMBEBRS. MR STIMSON’S ANNOUNCEMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) WASHINGTON, March 16. The Secretary for War, Mr Stimson, announced today that units of the United States Army, including air and ground troops in considerable numbers, are now in Australia. No information as to the strength and designation of the units, or of their location is- at present available for publication.
