LEAVING FOR INDIA
AMERICAN WAR MISSION. HEADED BY FORMER MINISTER. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.50 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 4. A former Assistant State Secretary, Mr Henry Grady, has been appointed head of the United States War Mission to India. The mission is leaving for New Delhi immediately after the reorganisation of India’s war establishment is announced.
