NAZI FIGHTER

SHOT DOWN NEAR FRENCH COAST. SMALL-SCALE RAIDS ON BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 10.25 a.m.) RUGBY, March 5. The Air Ministry states: “R.A.F. fighters yesterday destroyed an enemy tighter near the French coast. There was some enemy activity near the East Anglia coast, and a few bombs were dropped. No damage was done and there were no casualties. A single raider last night dropped bombs near the coast of South-west England. No one was hurt, but some houses were slightly damaged.”
