REGENT THEATRE

“ESCAPE TO GLORY.” One of the most thrilling and cleverly presented dramas ever brought. to the screen is “Escape to Glory,” which will be shown tonight. It is a picture with a splendidly thought out plot, the various scenes calling for acting of a very high quality. In less competent hands than those of Constance Bennett, Pat O’Brien and Melville Cooper the picture would fail in its essential points, because there are many delicate scenes which call for exceptional ability in order to emphasise the situations that crop up. The heart-interest and the many thrilling situations provide the audience with a picture which should appeal to those patrons who will only patronise pictures of the highest standard.
