SITUATION IN SOUTHERN BURMA. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, Noon.) RUGBY, March 3. A Rangoon communique states that the situation on the southern front remains unchanged. Reports indicate the probability pf an early enemy attack. RADIO STATION MOVED FROM RANGOON FAR INLAND. (Received This Day, 12.45 p.m.) CHUNGKING, March 3. The Radio station at Rangoon has been moved to Mymyo, east of Mandalay.
