MASTERTON STOCK SALE
SUPPLEMENTARY EWE FAIR. An entry of 12,000 sheep was offered at the Masterton supplementary ewe fair and sale today. The quality of the older sheep was not up to that at last week’s fair. Early prices were;— Pigs: Wcaners, 6s 6d, 7s. Sheep: Fat ewes, 10s 3d; prime lambs, 21s 3d; prime wethers, 21s Bd, 225; heavy wethers, 9s 9d; fat wethers, 21s Id.
