VISIT TO COVENTRY
MADE BY KING AND QUEEN. INSPECTION OF REBUILDING PLANS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.13 a.m.) RUGBY, February 25. The King and Queen today visited Coventry and inspected plans for the rebuilding of the city, which will spring up in place of the one that was blitzed by the Luftwaffe in November, 1940. The new city centre is estimated to cost £7,000,000.
