The land comprises Sections 503, 504, and part Section 527, Township of Featherston, Block 11., Wairarapa Survey District, area approximately 196 acres, and is situated at the foot of the Rimutaka Hill, about two miles from Featherston. It is at present occupied by Mr R. B. Clark. The buildings are a five-roomed wooden dwelling and usual farm outbuildings, while the live stock comprises 150 cross-bred ewes of mixed ages and 30 dairy cows of mixed breed, but mostly of Jersey strain. Good access by tar-sealed road and excellent supply of water. Conditions of Tender may be inspected at, and any further particulars obtained from the offices of the Public Trustee at Carterton or Masterton, where forms of tender may also be obtained. A deposit equivalent to six months’ rent at the rate tendered must accompany every, tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
