RAM FAIR

OPENED AT SOLWAY TODAY INCREASED NUMBER OF ENTRIES. STANDARD OF PREVIOUS YEARS MAINTAINED. The annual ram fair of the Masterton Agricultural and Pastoral Association was opened this morning at the Solway showgrounds before a moderate bench of buyers. The entries totalled 200 more than last. year. The quality of the animals is well up to that of previous years. In the early part of the fair bidding was slow.
