LIQUOR TRAFFIC
NEW ZEALAND ALLIANCE CRITICISM COMPREHENSIVE INQUIRY SOUGHT. TELEGRAM TO PRIME MINISTER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. Dissatisfaction with the Government’s handling of the liquor traffic was expressed at a meeting of the executive of the New Zealand Alliance, and the General Superintendent, Mr H. W. Milner, has sent a telegram to the Prime Minister asking for a comprehensive and untrammelled public inquiry into the whole position.
