FEATHERSTON
GIRL GUIDES ENTERTAIN BOY SCOUTS. (“Times-Age” Special.) On Monday night the Girl Guides entertained the Boy Scouts at a return party in the Gymnasium Hall, when an enjoyable time was spent. The Guides presented several amusing sketches which were greatly appreciated. The gathering was brought to a conclusion with a camp fire “sing song.” Personal. Miss V. Twentymen, Plunket Nurse, has , been transferred to Geraldine. Nurse Hitchman, formerly of Carterton, who has since seen service in Greece and Crete, will act as relieving Plunket Nurse until a permanent appointment has been made. COSY THEATRE TONIGHT'S PROGRAMME. Tonight the famous comedy of 1941 will be screened —“The Navy Steps Out.” with George Murphy and Lucille Ball in the leading roles. (Approved for Universal Exhibition).
