AIRMAN KILLED
ANOTHER SERIOUSLY INJURED. CRASH DURING TRAINING FLIGHT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. An officer of the R.N.Z.A.F. was killed and an airman pilot under training seriously injured yesterday, when an aircraft of the R.N.Z.A.F. crashed during a training flight. The victims were: Killed: Pilot Officer Hugh Maxwell McGill (father, Mr Hugh McGill, of Eastbourne, Wellington). ■ Seriously injured: Leading Aircraftman Geoffrey Rogers, admitted to hospital.
