RESTRICTIONS IN UNITED STATES (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) WASHINGTON, February 11. The War Production Board today ordered a drastic reduction in the manufacture and use of tin cans. It prohibited the canning of beer, dog food, pork and beans, coffee, tobacco and oil after-March 1. Small size cans have been eliminated. Experts estimate that the resulting saving in tin will be at least 15,500 tons.
