NEXT MILITARY MOVE. OFFENSIVE AGAINST RUSSIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 5. It is declared that Germany has sent many frost-bitten and wounded veterans of the Russian campaign to private homes and hospitals in Bulgaria, Hungary and Rumania, in order to prevent the Gorman people realising the extent of the Nazi defeats. It is predicted that Germany’s next military move will be a new offensive against Russia.
