MASTERTON CLUB MEETING LAST NIGHT. SUCCESSFUL COMPETITORS. The Masterton Amateur Athletic Club held a meeting last night, the results being as follow: — 100 yards handicap: Steede (Opaki), 1; Reid (Masterton Club), 2; Minifie (Masterton Club), 3. Time, 10 2-ssecs. One mile handicap: Fitchett (Solway), 1; Irvine (Aero.), 2; Gilbert (Aero.), 3. Time, 4min. 55secs. Relay race, 440 yards: Opaki (James, Steede, White, Clarke), 1; Aero., 2; Masterton Club, 3. Time, 49 secs. The following events will be contested at next week's meeting:—loo yards handicap; 220 yards handicap; 880 yards handicap; 120 yards low hurdles; long jump. There will also be boys’ and girls’ races. 1
