SHIPYARD & WELDERS’ STRIKE IN SEATTLE. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) SEATTLE, February 4. Shipyards officials stated that the walkout of independent welders, reported on February 1, in the Seattle and Tacoma shipyards had virtually broken down.
