GRAVE OUTLOOK FOR FRENCH INDUSTRY. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.55 a.m.) VICHY, February 3. A shortage of raw' materials and fuel has created a grave situation in French industry. M. Francois Lehideux, Secretary for Public Works, said: “We have no more coal, petrol, cement or steel, or even water to feed turbines.”
